I'm sorry for all the pain I've caused you
and all the trouble I brought your way
I'm sorry for your loss
and I'm sorry for your grief.

I can understand the way you feel
and the awful feelings must have towards me.
I can understand why you would hate me.
I'd hate me too, if I had done to me what I did to you.

I'm sorry for all that I've caused
and all that I have ruined.
I honestly didn't mean to harm
I didn't mean for it to happen like this.

It's too bad the way things work out sometimes.
Amazing how every passing moment can alter
your way of life and how you see it.

Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise?
Starting from scratch may be intriguing.
I'd love to help, if you still want me around.

because I truly am...
