Out There

Small insignificant matter
lost in the endless realm of Space.
Life twinkles so dimly
over far stretches of emptyness.
This black dark that is deeper
than any sea, forever consumes
the concept of Life and Death.

Its deeper than you believed,
and farther than you could ever reach.
Like a handful of glitter
thrown into the air
its everywhere and nowhere.
Frozen in time these ancient lights
display their beauty throughout the centuries.

They sparkle and shine,
trapped in a blanket of finest velvet.
Incased in a crystal dome above our heads
they share their infinite existance with us
until the first rays of the day.
